Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of this website and to any purchase, order, enquiry or transaction made with SACRED NATURE FURNITURE LTD.

2. Our products

We design, make and sell furniture and related items.

Some products may be ready-made, while others may be made to order, bespoke, customised or produced in limited quantities.

Because many of our products use natural materials, there may be natural variations in colour, grain, texture, markings, shape and finish. These variations are part of the character of the product and should not be treated as faults.

3. Website information

We do our best to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date.

However, we cannot guarantee that all product descriptions, images, dimensions, prices, availability or other content will always be completely accurate, error-free or current.

Product images are for guidance only. The actual product may vary slightly due to natural materials, screen settings, lighting, handmade finishes or production differences.

4. Orders

When you place an order or make an enquiry, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

An order is not accepted until we have confirmed it in writing by email, message, invoice or another written confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where:

  • A product is unavailable

  • There is an error in the price or product information

  • Payment has not been received

  • We suspect fraud or misuse

  • We are unable to fulfil the order for any reasonable reason

5. Prices

All prices are shown in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already confirmed.

Unless stated otherwise, delivery costs are not included in the product price and may be charged separately.

6. Payment

Payment terms will be confirmed before your order is accepted.

We may require full payment or a deposit before starting work, reserving stock or arranging delivery.

If a deposit is required, we will tell you whether it is refundable or non-refundable before you pay.

For bespoke, customised or made-to-order items, deposits may be non-refundable once work has started or materials have been ordered.

7. Bespoke and made-to-order products

For bespoke, customised or made-to-order products, it is your responsibility to check all details carefully before confirming the order.

This may include:

  • Measurements

  • Materials

  • Finish

  • Colour

  • Design details

  • Delivery requirements

  • Access restrictions

Once a bespoke or made-to-order item has been confirmed, changes may not always be possible.

If changes are possible, they may result in additional costs or delays.

Custom-made and personalised items only need to be refunded if they are faulty, according to UK consumer guidance.

8. Lead times

Any lead times we provide are estimates only.

We will do our best to meet estimated completion and delivery dates, but delays may happen due to material availability, production requirements, supplier delays, courier issues or circumstances outside our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate information provided by you, missed delivery arrangements, access issues or late payment.

9. Delivery

Delivery options, costs and timescales will be confirmed before your order is completed.

You are responsible for making sure that:

  • The delivery address is accurate

  • Someone is available to accept delivery

  • There is suitable access to the property

  • The product will fit through doors, stairways, lifts and entry points

  • Any parking, loading or access restrictions are made clear to us in advance

If delivery fails because of incorrect information, missed appointments or unsuitable access, you may be charged additional delivery or storage fees.

10. Risk and ownership

Risk in the product passes to you once the product has been delivered to you or collected by you.

Ownership of the product passes to you only once we have received full payment.

11. Cancellations

For standard online orders, consumers usually have the right to cancel up to 14 days after the goods are delivered. UK government guidance says businesses must tell customers about this right for online and distance sales.

To cancel an eligible order, you must contact us clearly in writing at:

The right to cancel may not apply to bespoke, customised, personalised or made-to-order products, unless the item is faulty.

12. Returns and refunds

For eligible standard products, you must return the item in its original condition, unused and with reasonable care taken.

Unless the item is faulty or we have agreed otherwise, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Refunds will usually be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item or receiving evidence that the item has been returned. UK guidance says businesses must refund customers within 14 days of receiving returned goods.

We may reduce the refund if the product has been used, damaged or handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

13. Faulty or damaged goods

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us as soon as possible at:

  • Order details

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damage or fault

  • Photos of the packaging, where relevant

Goods supplied to consumers must be of satisfactory quality under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights.

14. Care and maintenance

You are responsible for looking after the product properly once it has been delivered or collected.

Furniture made from natural materials may react to heat, sunlight, moisture, humidity, cleaning products or improper use.

We are not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Misuse

  • Accidental damage

  • Poor maintenance

  • Incorrect cleaning

  • Exposure to unsuitable conditions

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Changes in natural materials over time

15. Measurements and access

For bespoke or made-to-order products, you are responsible for providing accurate measurements unless we have agreed to measure the space ourselves.

We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect measurements, unsuitable access, or failure to check whether the product will fit into the intended space.

16. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, designs, branding, logos, product names, product photography and website content, belongs to us or our licensors unless stated otherwise.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

17. Website use

You agree not to misuse our website.

You must not:

  • Attempt to hack, damage or disrupt the website

  • Upload malicious code

  • Copy or scrape website content without permission

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes
